Fans of Culina Highlands may face a brief moment of panic when they see the familiar sign on 112th Avenue replaced by an apparent interloper — Highlands Kitchen. Calm those fears with a step inside and a quick glance at the menu. The former local hot spot is still in the capable hands of owner/chef Cindy Lazarenko, with much the same cosy, kitschy-cool vibe and menu, both heavily influenced by seemingly disparate bits of the local and the Ukrainian.
